A STANDARD HOME INSPECTION INCLUDES:
Interior Services
- Check AC for correct temp, humidity and inspect/replace filters monthly
- Ensure all doors and windows are locked
- Check for water leaks in kitchen and bathrooms
- Inspect all doors, windows and ceiling/floors for signs of water damage
- Flush toilets, run faucets and sink disposal
- Check refrigerator and freezer for proper operation
- Check for internet WiFi signal
- Visually check for pest or insect infestation and rodents
- Visually check for signs of mold and mildew
- Check circuit panel for any tripped breakers
- Visually inspect electric hot water heater, confirm breaker is off
- Arm security system upon departure
Exterior Services
- Check that home services meet contract specifications (landscaping, pool/ spa, pest control)
- Walk the property and check the overall security of the home
- Visually inspect exterior walls, roof and gutters (from the ground)
- Visually check irrigation and landscaping for potential issues
- Check and collect mail, remove newspapers and solicitations
- Check exterior lighting and replace bulbs as necessary
- Visually check for pest or insect infestation and rodents
- Check garage and exterior storage areas
- Visually check pool and lanai areas
- Turn on main water valve upon arrival and shut off after inspection

Customizable Storm Preparation
Pre-storm, we will protect your home by:
- Closing accordion shutters, installing hurricane panels, or coordinating with contractors to board up your home, depending on what type of hurricane shutters you have
- Bringing inside or securing objects that may become airborne
Post Storm Check:
- Doing a 5-point check
- Check for physical damage
- Check for water intrusion
- Check for operational AC systems
- Check for electrical issues
- Check for Wifi capabilities
- Coordinating with your insurance company, contractors, or property adjusters to assess your property if there is damage
- Opening accordion shutters, removing hurricane panels, repositioning secured items, etc.)
- Provide a detailed report with photos
